Gaynor Clayton
In 1901 Australian born Sarah Gaynor Clayton opened her photographic and artist studio and worked from our building until returning to Melbourne in 1910. The Gaynor Clayton apartment pays tribute to Sarah Gaynor Clayton as one of the first tenants in our building all those years ago.
Gaynor faces Moray Place and offers views through the trees to parklike grounds of Dunedin’s First Church.
Wide double glazed sliding doors open to a loggia providing covered outside area.
Living level has a generous sized open plan lounge with library and dining, Smart TV, fully equipped foodie kitchen. Bathroom has shower and laundry with tile floor heating.
Bedroom level has two bedrooms and a central bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet. Tile floor heating and heated towel rail.
Each bedroom has a king bed. (Option to unzip king bed and make two singles in one of the bedrooms). A fifth person can be accomodated using a single roll-a-way bed. Remote control black-out blinds on ventilating skylights, privacy shutters to openings above living level.
